In a nutshell, visualization is the process of creating and sustaining mental images of very specific things in the hopes of bringing about those things in your actual life. If you are thinking to yourself, “wow, that sounds like a load of ,” you’re not alone. Admittedly, learning to use visualizations as a precursor to achieving great things in your life takes a little getting used to. You may feel like you’re wasting time or even feel silly during the process, but trust that once you master this technique, you’ll be wishing you’d started a long time ago.
