Determination is a powerful part of any success strategy. You can’t buy determination. Your level of determination is aligned with your motivators. Your motivators are the things driving you to take action in spite of challenges and obstacles. You are born with your motivators and you will achieve success much faster if you choose a path for success that is aligned with your natural motivators. There are two ways you can know your motivators. Assessments provide the most accurate method for knowing your motivators. The other way is through introspection and that’s the focus we’ll take here.

Effective communication is a fundamental for success. One reason you find it difficult to communicate now is because you lack clarity about what you’re trying to accomplish and you haven’t identified the main objective of each action you take. It’s very difficult for others to get excited about what you have to offer if they don’t understand what’s in it for them.

Ready, aim, fire for success. Will you hit your target? The answer may be no. You may not hit your target because you don’t have a clear target, you’re just off and running trying to find it looking for success in all the wrong places. If you find that you have trouble hitting your goals, or that you just don’t seem to be getting anywhere in spite of hitting goals you may not be successfully organized for success.

Consider that at any given time, probably 90% of the adult population is at the same place or near the same place where they were a year ago even though they say that they want to master success, to get more out of life. These are the ones of the many.

Now, the other 10% are the ones of the few. These individuals improve each and every year, always growing forward, never content in staying in the same place.

Why are most people one of the many each and every year? Just think how many times the same resolution appears January 1? Need I say or rather write more?
