How many times have you heard the old cliché “Man does not live by food alone”? As humans, we have a myriad of requirements in order to sustain a life of quality and growth.
There are many parts of us that must be fed, the most important being our spirit. As this is often intangible and nebulous to most us, this is the element in our lives that often gets shunted to a low priority. Our spirit is what drives us forward and we are all immortal infinite beings, but we function here on the earthly plane and so we tend to put our physical requirements first before examining what it is that we really need on a spiritual level.

We live in a physical, dualistic, relative universe. The concept of relativity is what allows us to experience the physical and the non-physical, the spirit and the ego, the seen and the unseen. To use this powerful tool of relativity and to experience what we know ourselves to be, spirit children of God with all of God’s abilities, we must first come to know the opposite.
When God created the physical world and the physical concept of relativity, he had to bring into existence the opposite of those aspects that define God. Love is at God’s core. This is what God is. In order to experience love, God had to bring into the relative world the concept of the opposite of love.

“Why was the universe created in the first place?”
“What is my purpose for being?”
“Who am I?”
“Why is life a struggle?”
“How can I live in peace and happiness?”
“Why can’t I attract more abundance into my life?”
Do you believe that if you had the answers to these questions, and many more like them, you would have a happier and more fulfilling life? The answers to these questions, and many more, lie within you and you can access them at any time.

We live in a dimension made up of time and space. These concepts are necessary in order for us to experience life in a dualistic relative universe where we define things by knowing what the thing is not. This is the nature of relativity. You must know what something is not before you can know what it is.
This world of relativity is the perfect playground to create our desires and then experience them. That is exactly what you have been doing all your life. You have been creating your life as you go along and then playing out your creations in your life experience. If you are living your life unconsciously and don’t really realize that you are the creator of you life you often don’t recognize our creations when they show up in our lives.

We are blessed to be alive on planet earth at this moment in time. We are so important to the planet because we are on the cusp of a rise in the consciousness of all humanity that will bring on the dawn of a new era of life as we know it on this beautiful blue planet. I believe that the proper thing to do when you are confronted with this situation is to be eternally grateful.
The great thing about it is you can begin right now and start being grateful for all that you possess in your life. Not only the material possessions but more importantly the non-material ideals and concepts that you hold about who you are.

½. The habit of changing negative thoughts to positive.
This is a half habit because you don’t need the whole habit in order for it to be effective. It is the most difficult habit to maintain. This is the habit of changing your thoughts. Mastering your thoughts is a constant struggle, if you master them half the time, you’ll be doing twice a well! The thoughts you share with others can have a profound influence on them.

Neither judge nor condemn is a concept that is critical to living within the paradigm that we are all one. Non-judgment is impossible to do when you live your life within the separation mentality.
When you think of yourself as separate you constantly compare your efforts in the game of ’survival of the fittest’ against your opponents. So, inherent in this separateness is the constant judging of yourself to see if you are winning, and the constant judging of all other people, places, and things to see how you are in relationship to them. The prevailing mentality is that there is only so much stuff out there and you need to get yours before everybody else gets theirs or else you may lose out and not get what you want and therefore, you cannot ever be happy. It is a mentality of competition for a limited supply of whatever you are after.

The spiritual aspect of your being is an integral factor in the conscious creation of your life. This spirituality information can transform your life from one of quiet desperation to one of active manifestation.
We are all made up as three part beings. The physical aspect of our being is our body and it is our body that has the wonderful task of experiencing the life journey. The non-physical aspect of our being is our mind. It is our mind that has the ability to turn the unseen into the seen. Your mind can manifest physical reality out of thin air. It is the backstage crew that moves all of the props around in the play of our lives. The meta-physical aspect of our being is our spirit or soul. Our soul is the fountain of our desires and is our direct link to the source of all that exists.

There are two basic concepts in the life journey you need to be aware of and understand in order to evolve to higher consciousness. First you need to acknowledge that your true nature is one of unity with everything in existence, seen and unseen. You are one with all that exists, including your source. Second, and this is critical to the life journey, you need to accept the idea that when you entered this physical universe you voluntarily agreed to forget that you are a spiritual being with all of the same properties and abilities as the source from which you came.
