This applies to everything and not just the choice you’ve taken to become the alpha male. Once you’ve made the decision to make a change, any change, most people will say “that’s half the battle”. Well, let me tell you - it’s not! Sure, you need to take that first step of telling yourself “I’m going to become the alpha male”, or even simply “I want to become more confident, more attractive to the opposite sex”. Just be certain you understand however, that this is only the first step.

Unfortunately the majority of people on our lavish little green planet are not happy with their ‘lot’ in life. They are living lives of quiet desperation, unsatisfied with their relationships, careers or finances.
What is the main reason for this dissatisfaction? The main reason I believe this is so is due to a lack of understanding about the nature of our universe which can be directly linked to our belief conditioning from childhood.
As a child we begin to replicate the conditioning of our parents. A person’s beliefs and values are often passed from generation to generation until someone down the generations either has a life-changing experience or consciously reorganises or changes their belief system.

Excitement and great expectations filled my life before the hurricane. I had met a beautiful woman from California, who later became my wife. Before we married, she flew out to visit me and help in my work with the homeless. She had no idea what was about to happen and neither did I.
I had developed a program where the homeless where encourage to help the homeless. The people I worked with were told to reach out to others on the streets and do what they could to help them find food, shelter, clothes and if they ran into someone who needed help bring to them to the office. The Mental Health Association of Mississippi had opened an out reach office in Biloxi, Mississippi and we did reach out to many homeless in the area.

Did you know that there are many of us who suffer from low self-esteem as well as poor financial cycles and reaching to touch that dream which moves us, simply because we talk negatively to ourselves? It is true you know we creatures of thought do it all the time.
We hold a concept of ourselves, in the ways that we perceive our view of issues we encounter within in ourselves. Naturally, our behaviors reflect what we think about ourselves personally. For instance, when you hold a negative concept of yourself, you will criticize others as well as yourself with judgments and blaming along with self-doubts, which enhances a negative vibration in your life. Whereas on the other hand, if you hold a positive concept of yourself, your self-confidence is high as well as your self esteem which will reflect in your nature and your life.

½. The habit of changing negative thoughts to positive.
This is a half habit because you don’t need the whole habit in order for it to be effective. It is the most difficult habit to maintain. This is the habit of changing your thoughts. Mastering your thoughts is a constant struggle, if you master them half the time, you’ll be doing twice a well! The thoughts you share with others can have a profound influence on them.

A report from the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health quotes the following survey results:
A study by University of Melbourne researchers last year found that job stress accounts for 1/3 of depression cases in women and up to 1/3 of cases of cardiovascular disease in men.
These are amazing statistics.

I have been reading and listening to a lot of material by Esther and Jerry Hicks lately and I thought that I’d share with you what I feel is the cornerstone of their teachings. If you don’t already know who Esther and Jerry are, Esther Hicks actually “channels” a group of non-physical entities called Abraham, and she basically translates their thought into words that we can understand. When I first heard of them, I was a little put of by all the ‘new-agey’ type talk of channeling and non-physical beings, but as I read their teachings I became more and more in “harmony” with what they are speaking about. It totally makes sense to me and their books have really helped me a lot in my quest for understanding more and more about this crazy and wonderful world we live in.

We think high and low, we think we know! We think, we think, we think.
But can we catch the one who thinks, oh, catcher can you do it?
And then, again, the catcher slides
Into her honey dreams.
And will she know of honey’s taste?
Or does the catcher act?
And round and round we go.
Can we catch the one who acts, oh, catcher can you do it?
And then again the catcher slides
Into her honey dreams.
And will she know of honey’s taste?
Or is the catcher born?
And round and round we go.

It was Friday morning and I was not really into stock trading. My mind was on the events that had been taking place throughout the week. And this brought a smile to my face. It all started last Sunday, I conducted a workshop on “Enhancing Relationships” for my 2006 public program participants; it was their 8th workshop.

Many people aspire to become creative, or at the most enhance their creative streak. But they do not know how to go about this. Well, research has indicated that it is not enough to have a certain talent (or “genius”) – you must also have the inclination to be dedicated and persistent at honing that talent. So those people who seem to be fountains of creativity actually have to work hard at being creative.
What then should be done if you want to enhance your creativity?
