One of the essential qualities you need to heal from old, self-limiting beliefs is the permission to be unique and different. Give yourself permission to be the true you.
What truly inspires you and motivates you?
What is it you feel the most passionate about and what are you most driven by?
What is it that you’ve always wanted to do but maybe haven’t given yourself permission to do?
Yeah…all those. All those dreams you’ve disregarded because of the excuses you’ve fed yourself…”I’m too old?…”I’m too young?… “I don’t have enough money?… “I don’t have enough training or education.?

The Law of Attraction, if you will excuse the pun, can be quite attractive. Narrowed down to its basics, the Law of Attraction means: You will reap whatever type of energy you sow. If you engage in and put out negative energy such as pessimism and cynicism, then you’ll get negative energy back. Likewise, if you engage in and put out positive energy such as hope and optimism, then that, too, will be returned to you. You may recognize this as karma, of which it’s basically the same perspective. If you want to truly create and live the life of power, passion, purpose and prosperity, then it’s of the utmost importance you sow your seeds accordingly.

The most important thing about the most important thing is to keep the most important thing the most important thing.
I hope by now you are beginning to realize the importance of knowing what you want in your life, and you’re beginning to take the steps to figure it all out. But how do you decide when to do what and for how long?
You can start by creating a values and priorities oriented life. It may sound simple, but for many people it’s quite challenging.

Some people call this place and space perfect in a non-perfectionist way. This is your perfect path!
Let’s reiterate the barometer metaphor from a previous article: A barometer is used to measure atmospheric pressure. This pressure change helps forecasters to predict what weather conditions might be forthcoming. Since barometric conditions are always changing; barometric measurement is always fluctuating.
On the other hand, a compass is used to determine direction. Since our North Pole has a natural magnetic pull to it, the needle of a compass will always point in that direction. True North is constant, and therefore, a compass reading is consistent, fixed, and yes, literally, always True.

Yes, to stop all this dysfunction and improve our relational intelligence we must all be willing to subscribe to philosophy and practice of healthy relationship choices and the skills which will support those healthy choices.
This starts with you knowing yourself first and foremost!
