One of the essential qualities you need to heal from old, self-limiting beliefs is the permission to be unique and different. Give yourself permission to be the true you.
What truly inspires you and motivates you?
What is it you feel the most passionate about and what are you most driven by?
What is it that you’ve always wanted to do but maybe haven’t given yourself permission to do?
Yeah…all those. All those dreams you’ve disregarded because of the excuses you’ve fed yourself…”I’m too old?…”I’m too young?… “I don’t have enough money?… “I don’t have enough training or education.?

Do the opinions of others about you and your choices matter more than your own? What do you attract into your life when you make choices based on the wishes (or demands) of others rather than what’s appropriate for you?
Alchemy Statement 24 from “Law of Attraction Alchemy? states:
I know I sometimes appear different than who I really am . . . an Extraordinary, Unique Expression of the Infinite . . . and know the only opinion of myself that matters is my own.

Who are you really? How do you define your authenticity and integrity?
Do you give room for the expression of the true you?that which has no limits and no definition?to shine? Or is this expression bound to the beliefs of who you think you are or should be?
In spirituality we read much about authenticity and integrity, but I’m not always sure we have a clear understanding of these terms. Some folks have told me they believe these words refer to being honest and true to themselves, but I most often feel that they are speaking about their ego-self rather than the true self inspired by the divine within.
