Let’s reiterate the barometer metaphor from a previous article: A barometer is used to measure atmospheric pressure. This pressure change helps forecasters to predict what weather conditions might be forthcoming. Since barometric conditions are always changing; barometric measurement is always fluctuating.
On the other hand, a compass is used to determine direction. Since our North Pole has a natural magnetic pull to it, the needle of a compass will always point in that direction. True North is constant, and therefore, a compass reading is consistent, fixed, and yes, literally, always True.

There is much to think about when planning for retirement, from what you want to do, where you want to live, how to stay healthy, and how to cope with the changes that are bound to come your way. When you are driving your vehicle, you can’t get very far without running into something if you’re constantly looking into the rearview mirror. I don’t recommend trying this! And neither do I recommend doing it with life either.
Getting ready to drive off in my wife’s car the other day, I checked and adjusted her mirrors. I first adjusted the side mirrors and then finally the rearview mirror. And suddenly, it dawned on me. Ever notice how much smaller the rearview mirror is than the windshield?

Fear, when allowed to grow, can become a controlling stranglehold over our lives. We will be better poised for success once we get out from the grip of fear.
Fear is a normal part of life. Just as you might respond in surprise or anger to certain situations, other circumstances may rightly inspire fear. But when it begins to loom so large that you are stopped in your tracks, fear has become a burden to your progress and emotional outlook.
Fear Undercuts Your Confidence

Not all stress is distress. A certain amount of stress or pressure is
necessary to maintain a healthy balance physically and mentally. There
are actually several degrees of stress. Probably one of the most
important aspects of dealing with the negative stress in your life is
through positive stress affirmations.
Positive affirmations can be a part of your first response to stress triggers.
It would be wonderful if we could a place that is calming and peaceful
so you can relax and recite positive affirmations without interruption.
The problem is, stress generally doesn’t choose the moments in our
lives when we have the luxury of stepping away and collecting
ourselves; therefore your affirmations have to be rooted and
instinctive.

Ghosts affect people and cause distress to them through their black energy which can create a variety of problems such as depression, unclear thinking and malfunction of an organ leading to even further difficulties such as addiction, financial problems, chest pain, etc.
Ghosts transmit their black energy on to the affected persons and create large stores in their bodies. It is difficult to get rid of this black energy except through a generalised spiritual remedy such as spiritual practice or a more specific one like the salt water remedy.

Many people would say Harmony is synonymous with peace or calm. I say harmony is simply the energetic resonance between two or more entities. The outcome of that resonance is determined by the frequency broadcast from each individual.

Could it be that easy with the Law of Attraction? When you forget your troubles and just get happy the Universe is going to bring exactly what you are focusing on and that would be happiness, right?
So how do you forget your troubles when life seems to be riddled with them? By focusing on what is good in your life. It doesn’t matter what it is, just as long as whatever you think about emits a grateful or happy feeling. Find something everyday to feel good about, even if it is something small, will create feelings that will add up to a huge emission of happiness.

I have faced stress all my life, so I learned to deal with all the different forms of stress. I used to do commercial remodeling for a real estate company. I was always stressed out dealing with the work and the fact that this company always wanted the job finished before the tenant was ready to pay the lease. I found out that no matter how much you stress yourself out the job will not get done any quicker. I was so stressed some days that I would lose my temper when the slightest thing would go wrong on the job. I had to learn to leave the job and the problems at work and forget about it for the night.
