By: Virginia McBride

What is the most frequently heard complaint in business? How about, “I don’t have enough time?” Do you say it to yourself? Do you say it to other people? Do you take work home? Do you return to work on the weekends? Do you identify the cause of the complaint of not having enough time? After all, we all have the same amount of time in every 24-hour period. The First Step To Recovering From Any Life-altering Losses

Grief is the normal and natural reaction to any major loss. Loss is a part of living and a great many of us are facing losses due to health and financial issues, deaths of family and friends, and painful relationship breakups, whether personal or in business.

We talk about the loss, but not many people want to hear what we’re really feeling. Grief, the emotions that result from loss, is one of the most off-limits topics of conversation. Yet loss is a part of living.

DonÂ?t Be A Victim Of Insecurity

By: Amy Twain

Because of insecurity, thousands of individuals often wallow in depression. In this state of insecurity, you might find it difficult to concentrate or focus on or allow yourself to enjoy feelings of achievement as emotions of self-judgment then emerge. Negative sentiments such as ?why push ahead if I never get anywhere, anyway?? shows low self esteem and lack of self confidence. Talking to yourself in a hard way brings forth unhealthy and defeating attitude. When you begin to ignore the positive or optimistic feelings linked with achievement, it is so easy to sway back into negative self-talk and damage your success.

An Experience Of Oneness As We Go Through Midlife

By: Amy Twain

Last year, a friend of mine had a rare privilege of visiting India to a place called the Oneness University. They were invited to stay in silence and he was there for 21 days. The easiest thing he could say about that whole experience is that it took him out of his mind. Every day, they were being showered with an energy transfer called as Deeksha (but it is now known as the Oneness Blessing.) He began to let himself experience things instead of analyzing them; he find that practice simpler and easier than ever before. That?s a big deal for him?up to this day, he discovered that living in a state of Oneness is definitely a gift of grace.

Combining Law of Attraction with the Emotional Freedom Techniques for Success

By: Loren Fogelman

According to the Law of Attraction, you have the ability to manifest your dreams. What you focus on you get more of. If that is true, what are your dreams? Consider your professional goals and what you want for yourself. How big do you dare to go?

As children, we dream BIG. Remember how the world held so many possibilities for you? You were able to be whoever you wanted to be. As you got older, there were more influences in your life. Some of them were very limiting and narrowed your scope of possibilities. Good or bad, someone else’s beliefs and values were imposed upon you. This happens to all of us.

What Creates Confidence?

By: Margaret Paul, Ph.D.

The Encarta World English Dictionary defines “confidence” as “a belief or self-assurance in your ability to succeed.”

We all know people who appear to be very confident professionally, yet when it comes to personal relationships, appear to be very insecure.

Personal confidence is totally different than professional confidence in that personal confidence is about who you are and professional confidence is about what you do.

PERSONAL CONFIDENCE

What creates personal confidence? How does one become confident in who they are?

The Padmic System - How To Manifest Successful Goals Easily

How To Manifest Successful Goals Easily

Most people would agree that individual beliefs and values influence and determine the outcome of any situation or experience in our lives. That?s why a group of people can go through similar experiences and yet individually come away with totally different results.

Question

?When do most people think about setting goals?? It?s usually done as a new year?s resolution at a party over a drink or two, or when you need to slim down for the summer to fit into that new bikini you?re planning to buy or on some other whim.

Purpose is What Powers Your Life

By: Roseanna Leaton

I came across a quote the other day by Denis Waitley, the American motivational speaker and best-selling author. It was “Purpose is the engine powering your life”. I had only a few moments earlier been discussing with my mother the importance of having a project, or something which “you can get your teeth into”.

A Personal Development Course that Changes Your Life

By: Lyndsay Searle

Is there any aspect of your life you would like to change?

Many people go about their lives knowing that things are not quite right but do not have the knowledge of how to change things.

This was me a short time ago. The negative things over whelmed the positive and I did not realize how badly my perspective of life had changed. One gets caught up in the monotonous pace of day to day living.
